Aliya Fakhri, sister of Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri, has been accused of a double homicide in Queens, New York
The victims were Edward Jacobs, 35, and Anastasia Ettienne, 33, who died in a garage fire.
The incident occurred in a detached garage on 91st Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.
Authorities claim the fire was deliberately started at the garage's entrance, trapping the victims.
Aliya Fakhri allegedly shouted threats before setting the blaze, according to witnesses.
She faces multiple charges, including first-degree murder and arson.
Fakhri has been arraigned in Queens Supreme Court and is being held without bail.
If convicted, Fakhri could face life imprisonment.
